Christine Latreille is an editor and owner of a web development company. She studied Geography and Environmental Studies at Concordia University and Fine Arts in College. Christine grew up in Valois and now lives with her husband and two energetic boys just a few streets over from her childhood home. She has always loved the community feel of Pointe-Claire and hopes that re-establishing the Block Parent program will help neighbours become even better acquainted with each other, all while aiding the young and elderly.

Lea CapuanoSecretary

Lea Capuano is a graduate of Queens University, Department of Engineering and McGill University, Department of Management. Her past volunteer experiences include the Canadian Red Cross (Ontario), the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association of Canada, Girl Guides of Quebec, and Lakeshore Players Dorval. She is a mother of one, and in her (preciously little!) spare time, she cooks, acts, and sings…sometimes all at the same time!! Lea has lived in Pointe-Claire for 10 years and loves it!

Colleen Coolen is a teacher from Wolfville, Nova Scotia. She earned her B.A. and B.Ed at Acadia University, and she spent many years exploring foreign countries. She is happy to be establishing some roots and raising her two beautiful children in Pointe-Claire. She feels that Block Parents are a natural fit for our small city – where your neighbours become your friends, and everyone looks out for one another.
